Our house is situated in a small village. It's where we go from the hustle and bustle of the city. We have a big garden, in which you can find many kinds of medicinal herbs and plants. We grow our own fruits and vegetables, which you can use while relaxing at our place. Apart from our house, which was build in the XIX century and renovated 4 years ago there is also a barn and a cowshed. You can also put up a 8-persons tent at the back garden.
Inside the house there are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. In two rooms there are fireplaces (masonry furnaces). You can also sit at a bonfire at our yard.
There are also some facilities for children like slide and a trampoline. You can use our bikes, of which two are equipped in safety seats for babies.

There are many attractions in Zielonczyn, especially for the people, who like nature, history and geography. The village is situated in area covered by Natura 2000. This Environmental Programme lays down the priority of providing protection to unique Habitats and Wild Birds species, such as these valuable and rare bird species: black stork, kingfisher, eagle-owl, sand martin, crane, tawny owl, hoopoe, common kestrel, white-throated dipper, and grey wagtail.
The area’s varied landscape was formed by repeated glacial action. You can visit meadows which are fragments of a deep tunnel valley, and they are surrounded by forests on moraines reaching almost 200 metres above sea level. In the old days the meadows were periodically flooded so in the XIX century the canal has been build there.You can watch different species of birds and mammals here or look for herbs and mushrooms. In the village you can buy cow's or sheep's milk, as well as honey from the local farmers and manufactures.

Obszar Chronionego Krajobrazu Łąki Nadnoteckie został powołany przede wszystkim ze względu na wysokie walory krajobrazowe i bogactwo awifauny. Występujące tu zbiorowiska mszarne, szuwarowe oraz fragmenty zarośli wierzbowych i lasów olszowych stanowią siedliska i miejsce lęgu ponad 100 gatunków ptaków, w tym wielu objętych ochroną gatunkową. Dużą rolę w krajobrazie spełniają położone wśród łąk mineralne wyspy (ostrowy). Na jednym z nich znajduje się rezerwat przyrody Hedera, chroniący dąbrowę świetlistą z rzadkimi gatunkami runa leśnego. Krajobraz urozmaicają ponadto zarośla łozowe oraz niewielkie skupienia zadrzewień i lasów olszowych.
Na chronionym obszarze wokół Zielonczyna notowano szereg gatunków zwierząt rzadkich i chronionych, np.: ropuchę szarą i zieloną, jaszczurkę zwinkę, żurawie, słowiki, skowronki i trzciniaki.

Urozmaicone ukształtowanie terenu sprzyja organizowaniu wycieczek krajoznawczych połączonych ze zdobywaniem wiedzy z zakresu historii i geologii, a także z organizowaniem gier terenowych, podobnych do tej o nazwie Geocaching.
